どちらもここ数年感じていることで共感できる．

それにしても毎日忙しそうに働いているけど、あまり考えていない人が多いと感じる．
中には考えているふりをして人をだましている人もいる．こういう人は有害である．

会社では有益な人にならなければ意味がない．そのためには経験だけでなく新しい知識の吸収も必要なので、今年もそのための努力は継続していこうと思う．
